Hello and welcome! Join me for prenatal yoga classes Sunday mornings at Pushna Wellness in Lake Orion, Michigan.
This practice will give you the tools to ease the common discomforts and stresses that comes with being pregnant! Each pregnancy, even each week within pregnancy, as well as each baby, and each mom is different. Honor this sacred transition into motherhood with a regular practice of yoga. It will help you to settle your awareness inward, listen to your changing body and growing baby, and advocate for yourself during labor, labor, and motherhood.

Book a yoga class for your special event. This could be a gentle/basic group community event for marketing, customer engagement, or fundraisers. Or it could be a custom yoga class for your private group - incorporating yoga and mindfulness into a special day or just a fun thing to do with friends.

I completed my 200-hour training with White Lotus Yoga in 2019 and became a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT200). In 2020 I completed 85-hour Prenatal & Postnatal teacher training through Sweet Momma Yoga to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). My passion is working with mothers and moms-to-be during this sacred and transitional time in their lives. I am based in Southeast Michigan and offering in-person yoga classes and instruction in Oakland and Macomb counties.
